Travel Review: Tour of Italy, Sicily, Rome, Ragusa, Palermo, Vatican, Colosseum, St Peter's Basilica, Vatican

Everything was great, from the time we arrived until we left.  Every accommodation met or exceeded our expectations; clean, comfortable, safe, located for ease of local travel with courteous and friendly staff.  Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke very good English (we speak no Italian).  The drivers all arrived early or on time, knew where we were going and got us there safely and on schedule.  All this allowed us to travel with no cares of what might go wrong.  These travel agents were attentive to our every need and question right from the start and through the entire planning period.  They made great suggestions and choices for our first trip to Europe.  We could not have done it so easily without them, and I doubt, it would have been nearly as good a trip.  They even contacted us during the trip to notify us of possible traffic problems in Rome due to a transit strike.  We knew we could contact them at any time, if needed; but everything went so well, there was never a need.  We highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to places they service.  Your trip will be care free.
