Zicasso Travel did a wonderful job in assisting me to organise our Swiss and Italian trip. The arrangements suggested and made for us were perfect and include drivers, guides, accomodation, train, bus and ferry bookings and tickets. It made our trip easy, relaxed and we had excellent information from both our agent and our guides. I highly recommend this service for stress free travel throughout Europe.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We absolutely loved the Bernina Express over the Swiss Alps. Our day out with our guide around the Swiss and Italian Lakes district was excellent and our excursion to Mt Titlis extraordinary. Thank you for not only suggesting these but organising them so perfectly too.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Next time we go we will stay longer in the Lakes district and perhaps stay a few days at several different spots, it is all so beautiful.
