Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel agency was very responsive to our requests in planning the trip. We certainly would not have known about some of the unique places we went without their advice. Overall, the whole trip was fantastic. Some details could have been improved. For example, we were told to confirm pickups with local carriers, but the contact phone numbers were wrong. The requirement to confirm should not have been imposed on us.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Wellington, Lochmara, and Queenstown, New Zealand. Cradle Mountain and Hobart, Tasmania. Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. Noumea, New Caledonia.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would not try to fit so many destinations and experiences into a single trip. We intentionally did this because we felt that part of the world was so far away (with extremely long flights) that we might not have the opportunity again in our lifetimes. It resulted in grueling travel at times. However, none of this was the travel agent's fault.
