Travel Review: Luxury Australia & New Zealand Vacation, Whitsunday Islands, Te Anau, Sydney Opera House, Queenstown Luge & Gondola

Our agent did a great job at putting together an itinerary for us. We had already identified cities and attractions in Australia and New Zealand that we wanted to visit, but needed help finding hotels, airfare, transportation, and making the best use of our time. We went through 3 or 4 revisions to the itinerary until we found a final version that was perfect for us. She was incredibly patient and helpful, offering advice on which tours to use, whether certain days of the itinerary might be too exhausting, etc.

All the hotels recommended were good quality and met our standards, with a few that were really top notch. The bed and breakfast in Franz Josef was a particularly good recommendation. During the trip we encountered a couple of delays due to weather, and Jillian was able to provide remote assistance to rebook the travel and hotel as needed. Overall I would definitely recommend using this agent and this travel company for arranging a trip down under and getting a personalized itinerary for your needs.
