Trip Review: Luxury Italy Tour, Rome, Umbria, Tuscany, Florence, Cinque Terre

We had some difficulties in the beginning communicating and making changes in the original suggested itinerary.  I think telephone conversations would have made this less problamatic.  The emails don't give you or the other party an opportunity to discuss ideas and the pros and cons of the ideas.

But once we have the final itinerary everything was quite good.  Our agents were very helpful.
