UK Vacation Review: London, History, 18-Day Trip

I would have preferred to be in a hotel in London. At ours, the staff were great and the venue was very comfortable and nice, but the location seemed to be a 20-minute cab ride every time we wanted to see some of the touristy sites. I didn't think the travel agent was clear on locations and what would be optimal. If it was budget-driven, that's fine, but it's something I would like to have known.

Also, the time frame at the Harry Potter studios was much longer than necessary. We finished up two hours before the driver arrived and ended up sitting in the cafe waiting for our driver. I would have rather had communication with whomever was to pick us up so we could leave and spend time in London rather than sitting in the cafe.
