The hotel in Laos was good but freezing cold in the room , despite asking numerous times as I was sick for the heater to work.

The vehicle was not suitable for westerners as we were too tall to see out of the windows.

I had high expectations for this trip but the travel team blew us away! Every detail was taken care of. We were met as soon as we got off the plane by our guide and driver.
