We booked a two week trip in France and Italy through our travel agency with tours in Paris, Nice, a visit to Eze, tours in Venice, Florence and Rome. Throughout our travels the company arranged transport from the airports and train stations to our hotels. This simple service was incredibly seamless and removed one of the biggest stresses of travel. All of our pick-ups where confirmed by text with the agency and clear directions on where to go for each of our pick-up was communicated. These logistics went incredibly smooth and when we did have questions or require follow-up, our agent was very quick to respond and always had the exact information we needed to help. The drivers where friendly, professional and always just a few minutes early.
The hotels selected and booked for our trip by the company where beautiful, incredibly well selected, clean, friendly and quiet while still be in short walking distances from key attractions, restaurants and sights.
Our private tour guides are very knowledgeable with interesting details to share to make the tours interest, unique and worth every minute.
The entire trip was customized exactly the way we wanted and our trip exceeded our expectations.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

One of the most unique tours and our favourite was the food tour in Nice which including touring the local market, information on the locally grown foods (local fresh cheese, socca made hot and fresh out of the oven), delicious tasking of local Nicoise (a popular dish in southern France), tours through shops that specialize in everything Roses and everything lemon. Both of which including taste testing of teas, spreads, candies and even a liquor. An lets not forget the best gelato, organic, fresh and local that we had throughout our entire trip. We finished the tour with an appreciation of the local food and flower of southern french delicacies and so full that we ended up have a modest diner returning back to one of the restaurants from our tour. A great and unique experience, I strongly recommend

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

This was our first trip to France and Rome and we knowingly packed in a lot of activities each day seeing six cities in 15 days. For our next trip, what we will do differently is to slow down the itinerary so we can take in not just the cities but also the surrounding country side building in some relaxing activities along with the active ones.
When we are ready to consider our next trip we will absolutely seek out this travel agency.
