Luxury New Zealand Vacation Review: Auckland, Rotorua, Christchurch, Queenstown, Hobbiton, Greymouth, Lake Mauraki, Milford Sound

We had an absolutely fantastic trip to New Zealand. We spent two weeks visiting Auckland, Hobbiton, Rotorua, Christchurch, Greymouth, Hotika, Lake Mauraki, and Queenstown. We decided to go without knowing much about the country - just that LoTR was filmed there, and we had several friends who had gone and enjoyed themselves. While searching around on the web, I stumbled upon Zicasso, which led us to the travel agent we used.

Within a day, I had a proposal for an itinerary. We then worked with Kate at this New Zealand travel company, going back and forth in email and on the phone to customize and get a great trip planned.

Kate is an expert, and built the perfect itinerary. She listened to what we wanted, and made great suggestions, adjustments, etc. We ended up having an amazing time and everything came off without a hitch. Kate was super easy to work with, provided a ton of information, and made everything work. We modified our dates in order to get better flight prices, and Kate made all the adjustments without any trouble.

I was very satisfied with Zicasso, and would highly recommend this New Zealand travel agency.
