This travel agency was fantastic every step of the way. Our trip was perfect. Every detail was well thought out and completely taken care of. The tours, transportation and hotels were all fantastic. The Azores and Lisbon are amazing! I will recommend Zicasso and our travel company to anyone I know that is planning a trip to Portugal.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Seeing the beautiful landscapes of the islands, being in the center of a volcano and kayaking in a volcanic crater lake.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing.
