The trip and Zicasso’s tour company were outstanding. The level of personal service was exceptional. They took our input and created an itinerary that hit everything we were interested in. The accommodations were at the standard we wanted. Our travel company brought the trip of a lifetime to life for us and we really appreciate the attention to detail.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All the rain made Glencoe the most amazing place to visit. Waterfalls were everywhere. In fact, the rain really brought the true beauty of the Scottish Highlands to the surface. Our guide, an historian, was a very good storyteller and brought history to life. We highly recommend adding islands in the Hebrides to your travel. Each one has its own beauty and identity.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would have added a few more days to spend more time on the Isle of Skye. We would have loved a chance to hike a bit more and relax in the beauty of the region. I would have also added one more day in Edinburgh to explore the city more, without having to recover from jet lag.
