Switzerland Trip Review: 18-Night Vacation

The travel agency was good. There were a few mistakes with our itinerary and reservations that were messed up but we were able to adjust. They were very good at quickly responding to texts about questions we had while traveling. That was extremely helpful. Especially since I forgot our tickets a couple times and I needed them to send me the digital version. However, it might have been nice to have the digital versions of all our tickets from the beginning as well. They gave us detailed itineraries and were excellent at communicating with us. 
We had 2 drivers with us during our 20 days. One of them was friendly. He took his job seriously, and drove very well, and laughed with us. With the other driver we were a bit afraid of. He seemed so grumpy the whole time, like he didn't want to be there and we were putting him out. Our time in the van was not nearly as nice with the grumpy driver.
