Travel Review: Tour of England, Scotland, France, & Germany, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Normandy

Our trip was one highlight after another.   We traveled to Munich, Berlin, Paris, Normandy, London, and Scotland on a 20 day journey.   The travel agent listened to the things we said we were interested in seeing and created an itinerary that encompassed them all.   The travel agent did a very thorough job making sure all the hotels, transfers, and excursions worked well.  She worked with us extensively on our preferences for renting a car and touring the Normandy France area.  The tours she arranged were almost all just for the four of us and the guides she used were extremely personable and knowledgeable.  Even though there was a time zone difference of about 9 hours, she was still  on top of any changes (in this case, airlines) and was communicating the information to us.  If we had questions, she always answered within an hour.  She had sent us a neat phone app that had our itinerary and all necessary documents and tickets.  It also allowed us to easily communicate with her.  We didn't have to worry about any of the details and could just concentrate on the sights and experiences.  I was also impressed she wanted a followup call after the trip to discuss anything that could have been improved.
