Our travel Italy travel agent made a real effort to understand my travel needs and putting together a very comprehensive travel plan. She contacted me periodically throughout my trip to make sure everything was going as planned. The one challenge I had she personally handled quickly. Outstanding service.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The tours of the archaeological sites in Agrigento, Selinunte and Segesta were exceptional. The tour guides where knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. One in particular was very good and patient.

Villa Athena was our favorite hotel. It is an outstanding property overlooking the archaeological park with great service.

Wine tasting at Planeta was a nice break. The winery is a beautiful area.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend and additional night in Agrigento, and one more day in Palermo. One day was not enough on to see much in Palermo.
