The trip was excellent. Overall it was outstanding.  We will recommend this South Pacific travel company without hesitation.  When we think about the geography covered, the length of the trip (29 days), the activities/tours and people we met along the way we are extremely satisfied with our agent from this travel company.  Attention to detail was the key and her efforts deserve five stars - six stars if you had that category.  Thank you again.  

Our agent and this travel company provided us with many different options because this was a "custom" trip.  This was not one of the standard 17 day tour group trips.  In every location we were give four or five alternatives for activities.  We looked at 8 different resorts in Fiji prior to selecting our resort.  Their flexibility and knowledge was very helpful and comforting.  All drivers were waiting for us, details about airports, customs, transfers to activities and tours were documented.  It was flawless.

The tour company that partners with this travel company in Fiji did a superb job working with us.  All of our paperwork was prepared upon our arrival. They were very helpful regarding storing our luggage at the airport and the helicopter transport to the resort when a sea plane was not available.
 

It is important to note that our agent did a great job coordinating dietary requirements.  Special meals were available on the tours that provided lunch and/or dinner.  The resort made fresh gluten-free breads at breakfast and dinner every day.

All the different hotels in New Zealand were contacted by us to confirm a feather-free room due to allergies. They all said that the tour company had already called to check on the feather-free room.  Kudo’s to them - again a great partner with our travel company.

It was a trip to remember.  We met people and established new friendships. We will return again.  You can be sure that we will use this travel company.  Once again our sincere thanks for a job well done!
