Switzerland & Italy Tour Review: Zermatt, Matterhorn, Lake Como, Bellagio, 1-Week Vacation

The trip was well organized; the staff at the travel agency was very prompt and knowledgable  in responding to my questions when setting up the trip, and also responded promptly while on the trip when I had to make contact. The hotel choices were very good; the transportation vouchers all worked without problems. I would recommend improving the experience at Lake Como;  lines were long to get public boat tickets, and getting on and off the boat; In view of the crowds it would have been better to have a guide or someone to get tickets on line, or go privately and pay the extra cost.
