Travel Review: Tour of Switzerland

1. Transfer from BSL airport to the hotel: The travel agency didn't tell us in which arrival lobby should I wait for the driver. When we arrived at BSL airport, I couldn’t find the driver to pick us up. So I called the travel agency, but they responded slow and couldn't sort out the problem immediately. We had to wait for 2 hours at the airport.
2. About the boat ride on Thun Lake in Interlaken on Day3 : I was surprised to find that the travel agency didn’t make a reservation for us.
3. There are also many little problems during the trip. We had to persist in our request to get the service that we had dealt and deserved.

We attempt to make up the delay by providing you with a free daily guide and to ensure the trip goes smoothly going forward.  In regards to the boat ride reservation, I am sorry to hear that you were under the impression that a reservation was never made.  During the planning stage, we have been in constant communication with your secretary and the boat ride reservation was communicated and confirmed.  The tickets were booked and our guides in Switzerland, confirmed that you have received the tickets a day prior to the boat tour.  Again, thank you for your review and I hope you enjoyed your stay in Switzerland.
